We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and device settings, printing processes and the handmade nature of our products.
3. PERSONALISED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided, including names, dates, spelling, photographs and wording, is accurate at the time of ordering.
Proofs may be provided for certain personalized products. Once a proof has been approved, no further changes can be made, and The Gifted Magnet accepts no responsibility for errors approved by the customer.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.
6. PAYMENT
Full payment is required before production and dispatch of any order. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
7. PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated production times are 3 business days, however may vary during peak periods such as Christmas and special promotions.
8. SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are dependent on USPS or other courier services.
Magnetic Moments and Events is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Additional postage costs incurred due to incorrect address details may be charged to the customer.
9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect information supplied by the customer
Color variations resulting from screen settings
Minor variations inherent in handmade products
Refunds, replacements or repairs may be offered where products are faulty, damaged or not as described in accordance with USA Consumer Law.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue with your purchase.
10. CANCELLATIONS
Orders for non-personalized products may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
11. PHOTOGRAPHS SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMERS
By submitting photographs or artwork, customers confirm that they own the rights to the images or have permission to use them.
Customers grant Magnetic Moments and Events permission to use supplied images solely for the purpose of producing the ordered products.

Unless otherwise requested by the customer, we may photograph completed products and share them on our website or social media pages for promotional purposes. Personal information will not be disclosed.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnetic Moments and Events liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
